Sunday 8th March 2026: Run the Páfos coastal marathon. Up early to catch the 5:30am coach to the start line at Petra Tou Romiou. Then set off at 7am from there to get back to Páfos castle. Another 4:55 marathon.

Southampton marathon in just under 5 hours.

I’m currently a member of Watford Joggers running club and I have been since around 2013.

I run almost every day . I run with my Garmin watch and I upload onto Strava.

Most Saturdays I run at my local Cassiobury Parkrun.
